Search Terms
When a name, location, or other lookup detail is typed into a search tool, that query may be sent to the third-party provider that powers the tool. Clinch County Inmate Population does not keep its own log of those search terms. The partner's own policy controls how it handles the query.
Messages
If a visitor sends an email or contact message, we use the information in that message to read it, route it, and reply when appropriate. We do not sell contact messages. We may disclose them only when needed to operate the site, protect rights and safety, or comply with a valid legal order.
